8:00 am Pay or Appear.

10:00 am-12:00 pm Criminal Matters with private attorneys and pro-se litigants.

12:00pm-1:00pm Lunch.

1:00 pm-3:00 pm Criminal Matters.

*Settings for civil matters are scheduled with the Circuit Judge’s approval.

9:00 AM-10:00 Traffic Court

10:00 pm-11:00 am criminal matters with private attorneys and pro-se litigants.

11:00 am -12 pm City & Ordinance Violations (City Attorney)

12:00 pm-1:00pm Lunch

1:00 pm-1:30 pm Criminal matters

1:30 pm-3:00 pm Civil matters

9:00 am-12:00 pm civil matters, small claims, & chancery

8:30 am Compliance reviews every first Thursday of the month unless there is a court holiday.  Then it is the second Thursday.

9:00 am-12:00 pm Criminal court

12:00 pm-1:00 pm Lunch

*Orders of Protection can be heard while court is in session.  However, it is accommodated to the current court schedule.

*First Appearances will be heard at the State’s Attorney’s request and flexibility of the current court schedule.
